Alternate Ending
It was all dark, the sun in the sky, the soil of the land, and the faces of men…
The only light that you could see was the glaring flames of the falling pieces of heavens, hammering the ground with an angry roar...
An angry roar that was similar to the boisterousness made by the swords and spears of men being sharpened on the hone wheel, that you could barely see among the scattered particles of metal flying all around, dancing with a luminous glory.
It was not a happy dance, it was the dance of war, the final dance, the furious dance, the dance that announces that it's the very final battle, a dance called "Armageddon".
Up there in the sky, you could see wings of angels being cut, and feathers of fire snatched out of demons skin, mixed up all together with the essence of sadness and tears of blood falling from the eyes of those who we thought were our divine and deity.
Up on a mountain of dead fragile bodies the fight begins between Achilles and mortality, between Abraham and the fire, between Ishmael and the knife, between Jacob and the beast, between Saint George and the dragon, between the huge elephant and the birds, between The Young Nomad and ignorance.
The one and only sin of those people who built that mountain with their flesh and blood was that they didn't believe in killing for differences, nor in interfaith fight, neither in a fragile God, so they left their bodies to be torn and crucified, and elevated with their souls towards what's beyond the falling cracked kingdom of heaven where they should be rewarded for finding their inner peace and their serenity of forgiveness.
At the versant of that mountain stood fully equipped men, heavily armed with their sharpened blades and sharp teeth, and drops of hateful sweat were covering their wrinkled foreheads, each group stood under the flag of their own God.
Lightning hits the battlefield, as a thunderbolt screams loudly in the sky announcing the beginning of the big fight, beginning of turning this earth into the promised hell, where every individual of those knights will find their own spot and live within, as heavens will remain there waiting , craving for more humans that lived according to their humanity , but in vain.
